Creating Computer/Technology Move Request

To submit the proper Computer/Technology Move request (does not include telephone), please use our Computer/Technology Move request form in the ServiceNow ticket system ServiceNow AV request Category by following these steps below. 

  • Select Request a Service option 
  • Select Shark IT Services from the Categories  
  • Select Computer/Technology Move Request

By completing this request your ticket will now be routed to the proper team for accurate assistance.
